Promote evidence-based practices, quality improvement and patient safety. What We're Looking For Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: Two years demonstrated leadership experience, preferred. Three years clinical RN experience in an acute care setting, preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096. Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Board certification in area of practice, preferred.
