Description The RN Lactation Consultant will serve as the designated lactation resource for families of critically ill infants, supporting complex feeding and lactation needs across the Neonatal Critical Care Center, Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and other Children's Hospital units. This role also provides postpartum lactation support in the Newborn Nursery and supports hospital-wide breastfeeding initiatives to ensure continuity of lactation care. The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
