Administers and evaluates medication therapies, performs patient transfers, and transports patients via wheelchair, hospital bed, or stretcher to other departments. The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
