There is a pharmacist present on the unit to assist the RNs with medication questions/concerns. Multidisciplinary rounds occur every Monday through Friday. Rounds involve all aspects of the healthcare team, including the patient and family. Experience Required A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting, with 1 year of demonstrated leadership abilities.
