Implement initiatives that promote operational excellence and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York. Minimum of three years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or senior nursing leader preferred. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
