Registered Nurse (RN) Education and Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of Connecticut is required. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent is required; if not currently certified, must obtain within three (3) months of employment. Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area. Current NVCIT (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training) certification or within 3 months of hire required. Job Title: Part-Time RN Case Manager Company: Athena Hospice of Rhode Island Job Summary: Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a part-time RN Case Manager to join our dedicated team! As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the hospice care plan for assigned patients under the direction of the clinical director. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50, with weekly pay, and travel throughout Rhode Island is required.
