This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential 1:1 medical care and support in an educational environment for the full school year. Key Responsibilities As a School Nurse, you will work closely with students who require individualized medical support, including: Providing 1:1 care for students with complex medical needs Supporting students with: Tracheostomy (Trach) and ventilator care G-tube feeding and maintenance Diabetic care Seizure management Wheelchair assistance / mobility support Assisting with toileting needs (required when applicable) Supporting students during bus transportation, if required Collaborating with school staff to ensure student safety and well-being Important: Candidates must be comfortable with all aspects of care listed above, including transportation and toileting support when needed.
