Location SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The Nurse Manager, Infusion Center provides leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support for multiple outpatient infusion centers. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations across three infusion locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting staff development, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. The Nurse Manager leads a team of registered nurses and collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to optimize workflows and maintain excellence in outpatient infusion services. This leader will oversee care for a diverse patient population representing multiple specialties and will serve as a key resource for clinical operations, staffing, quality initiatives, and patient experience. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday. No weekends or holidays required. Assists in preparation and control of department operational budget; monitors supplies/equipment ordering/repairing as required to ensure the quality of care and operational standard are maintained. Directs, assigns and coordinates activities/duties of staff, evaluating performance orienting new staff and advising administration of conditions; coordinates and ensures completion of staff continuing education, in-service and quality improvement activities, staff programs and meetings. Provides direct patient care, including development of patient care plans, administering medication, vitals, phlebotomy, monitoring IV therapies and maintaining records in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Promotes/maintains good public relations with patients and families, acting as liaison between other departments. Acts as troubleshooter, contact person, counselor and interviewer in patient care research projects, maintaining appropriate records.
