Position Summary: Is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the Nurse Manager position. Responsibilities Selects, trains, orients, develop and evaluate performance of the department staff.
