Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of clinical and operational performance within the Bridges Acute Care Crisis Psychiatric Unit. Foster a culture of safety, therapeutic excellence, trauma-informed care, and patient-centered practice. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, California Department of Public Health requirements, and Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health regulations. Description The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service setting such as inpatient, procedural, emergency department or ambulatory care.
