Identification and utilization of industry evidence base standards related to wound care. Knowledge of comprehensive wound management including wound assessment, formulation of treatment plan, recommendation of appropriate wound dressing, documentation, evaluation, education, data collection, surveillance and outcome data preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (Order entry, data input etc.) Education and/or Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Active/Valid RN/LVN nursing license in the state of Texas. (Required) Minimum of (1) year of comprehensive wound management including wound assessment, formulation of treatment plan, recommendation of appropriate wound dressing, documentation, evaluation, education, data collection, surveillance and outcome data.
