The RN Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and management of the InnovAge clinic. They are responsible for the supervision of assigned staff providing guidance and monitoring the performance of the clinic staff and the direct care given to the participants. In this position you would be scheduled to work 3–12-hour evening shifts (36 hours/week, considered full-time) with start/end times of 11:00am-11:30pm. With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible. PACU RNs provide unit coverage on call during night, weekend, and holiday hours. This position has an on-call requirement including 1 night every other week and a weekend and holiday rotation. What is required for this position: Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
