Responsibilities Strategic Vision: The Nurse Manager works to define and implement nursing's strategic plan, and ensures area of responsibility is fully integrated into the overall strategic goals and objectives. People Leadership: The Nurse Manager improves employee engagement through collaboration. Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Employees hired into this position before January 2006 are grandfathered in to BSN requirement.
