Maintain exam room cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure readiness throughout the day. Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and performing triage within scope. Coordinate patient referrals and ensure smooth transitions in care. Participate in onboarding and training new team members. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance. Strong prioritization and time-management skills. Ability to use de-escalation techniques with agitated patients. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. High school diploma preferred. Nursing Assistant course completion or equivalent within 6 months of hire. Prior hospital experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. CNA License or Medical Assistant License preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and respond quickly in emergencies. Must safely lift/move up to 50 lbs using proper technique and lift equipment.
