Experience Required 2 years minimum Labor & Delivery experience as an RN required. Education Requirements Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing. License/Certification Requirements Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse); Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers); certain specialties may require advanced certification (i.e. ACLS, NALS, PALS). Special Requirements Per diem, 7am-7pm, Weekends/holidays with rotation. Level Two Pool Work Requirements : Nurses shall work at least three (3) weekend shifts per six (6) week schedule, and six other shifts per six (6) week schedule, which must include four(4) holiday shifts per year (two (2) winter and two (2) summer). Weekend shifts are defined as Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for night shift and Saturday/Sunday for the day shift; the 3 rd weekend shift can be the RNs choice.
