Communicates with RN or appropriate team member prior to leaving unit for any reasons. 9. Assists with equipment storage, retrieval and procedure cart restocking as directed. 10. Observes all isolation procedures and regulations. 11. Provides safe patient environment at all times; stays with patient who may be in danger of falling or hurting themselves; correctly identifies patient by use of armband; ensures call bell is within reach; application of restraints. 12.
