Provides detailed handoff report to the receiving nurse and ensures needs are addressed prior to leaving the room. 7. Participates in MDR and /or staff meetings to gain guidance if priority of discharges/admissions or both. Works closely throughout the day with the charge nurse, keeping informed of any changes. 8. Works in connection with the staff nurse to identify incomplete tasks to facilitate timely discharges. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Current Ohio RN licensure. 2. Associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing. 3. Minimum of one year of RN experience in a Medical Surgical Nursing unit. 4. CPR certification within 30 days of employment. 5.
