Job Summary: The RN Nurse Designee position requires an understanding and commitment to the mission and core values of Ocean Meadow exhibiting professional and ethical work practices. RN Designee is to act in the absence of the SALSA and shall be available to provide relief for the SALSA as needed. Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care. Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being. Provide medication reminders as needed. Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required). Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required). HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred , but not required — we provide training! Open availability strongly preferred. Must pass a criminal background check . Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
