Maintain appropriate staffing levels during the assigned shift by adjusting assignments, identifying coverage needs, escalating staffing concerns, and collaborating with nursing leadership or on-call leadership as needed. Serve as a clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, Behavioral Health Technicians, and interdisciplinary team members during the assigned shift without functioning as the direct supervisor or manager of record.
