Summary Job Description This Registered Nurse position is located at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, MA on the Sacred Heart Telemetry Unit. This night position is Full-Time at 36 hours per week. The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides screening, preventive primary care and medical care services to members - primarily in non-clinical settings where members feel most comfortable, including in-home, community and nursing facilities and “pop up” clinics.
