Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the CNA will be responsible for: Assisting patients with activities pertaining to their individual needs for daily living. Purpose of Position: Emergency Services Assistant Facilitates patient flow and customer satisfaction as the front-line support staff of the Emergency Department ambulatory entrance. Purpose of Position: Emergency Services Assistant Facilitates patient flow and customer satisfaction as the front-line support staff of the Emergency Department ambulatory entrance. Patient Care Tech As a member of the patient care team; performs a variety of technical and other directed care functions with the patient and family as delegated by the Registered Nurse. The Patient Care Tech (PCT) is competent to provide care to patients as further described, ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.
