Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required. Home Health, Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC), Case Management, or UAS Assessment experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
