Communicates with referring physicians, health providers, and hospital staff as appropriate. 8. Actively participates in quality improvement activities and the development strategies to improve patient care delivery and cost effectiveness. 9. Disseminates relevant research findings through practice, publication, education, and/or consultation. 10. Participates in AC, local and national professional nursing organizations as appropriate to maintain and share expertise. 11. Performs other duties as assigned.
