Job Description Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to support various procedures. Maintains accurate documentation of any changes in the patient's status and of any interventions taken. Provides complete charting of patient's procedure and charge documentation to help ensure accurate billing. Completes post case data sheet completely and legibly. Job Function: 03. Educational Requirements and Mentoring. Fulfills mandatory education obligations. Maintains BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures and is able to identify areas for clinical and professional growth. Attends pertinent educational offerings and staff meetings to keep abreast of changes within the unit and hospital. Actively pursues professional growth and development by taking the initiative to obtain information on new equipment and technology.
