Collaborate with management and staff to develop and evaluate unit-level orientation programs. Qualifications Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor's degree in nursing is required, with a Master's degree in nursing or active enrollment in an accredited doctoral program with equivalent credit hours. BLS certification is mandatory, with additional certifications as required by the unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS). 5-7 years of clinical experience, with expert knowledge of adult teaching principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong leadership abilities. Proficiency in Clinical Applications is preferred, with training provided for incumbents. Demonstrated technical competencies as outlined in the Assessment and Evaluation Tool. Ability to function effectively as both a teacher and facilitator, creating a conducive learning environment. Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating teaching strategies for specific patient populations. Knowledge of NJSNA provider unit policies and procedures for education program planning and design. Job Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Clinical Research and the assigned Principal Investigator (PI) the Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) supports, facilitates, and coordinates the daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the study.
