Assist with unit through put and day to day operations. Support educational opportunities for team members. Partner with unit leaders on new initiatives for patient care. Serve as a clinical resource to team members. What We're Looking For Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
