RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. 0-3 years nursing experience, preferably at least one year in oncology. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Level 2 (in addition to level 1 requirements): 3-5 years nursing experience. Oncology certification preferred. Level Sr (in addition to level 1 and 2 requirements): Five years nursing experience.
