Bear Mountain at Sudbury seeks an experienced and energetic Director of Nursing to oversee the delivery of nursing services at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the oversight and management of the nursing department. Essential job functions include but are not limited to: Develops, maintains, and implements nursing policies and procedures that conform to current standards of nursing practice. Communicates effectively with nursing staff and monitors staff practices. Participates in all admission decisions Participates in management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, resident concerns/grievances.
