Currently certified CNA along with completion of written test and one day HHA Skills competency class within 4 days of hire. Documented home health aide or nurse aide training and competency evaluation from an out-of-state training program Nursing student who has documented evidence of successful completion of course work requiring mastery of home health aide tasks within the past 24 months-Fundamentals of Nursing and must show completion of written test and one day HHA Skills competency class within 4 days of hire. Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in coordinating and implementing procedures and treatments. Provides nursing care to patients to include but not limited to supervising diet, medication, activity level of client, supervising safety in the home and activities of daily living.
