RN Supervisor – Evening Shift Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Full-Time Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee our evening nursing operations. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
