These services often take place in hospital or rehab environments. They include medication management, therapy, and interventional procedures. Responsibilities: Focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Applies evidence-based multimodal and interventional pain strategies. Aims to lessen pain, improve patient satisfaction, reduce hospital stays, and provide ongoing education. Evaluation and medical management for admitted peri-operative and non-perioperative patients. Discharge recommendations 24-48 hours prior to discharge. Daily evaluations and recommendations as needed.
