How you make a difference As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education. This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as necessary. Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed. Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy and attend mandatory staff meetings and training. Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment. How you make a difference As a Health Services Administrator (HSA), you will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the healthcare delivery program in compliance with state and local regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and accreditation standards. How you make a difference The Nurse Practitioner provides on-site medical services by examining referred patients, conducting clinics, rounds, and responding to urgent and emergency situations. Order and interpret laboratory tests and drug screens and utilize appropriate in-house and referral resources. Additional Details Hours are: 7a-5:30p Candidates should be comfortable with substance withdrawal management, partnering with psych NP's and behavioral health staff, infectious disease management, MAT and standardized protocols (Title 15/NCCHC/ACA). In addition, candidates should feel comfortable doing suturing, incision and draining (abscesses are extremely common), basic wound care and debridement, splinting/minor fracture management, EKG interpretation, and emergency response (codes and overdoses) Qualifications & Requirements Education A graduate of an accredited school of nursing An advanced degree in an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program. How you make a difference The Nurse Practitioner (NP) under the supervision of the Site Medical Director and other site Physicians, offers a comprehensive range of medical services to incarcerated patients in accordance with established policy and state guidelines. How you make a difference The LVN Travel supports the delivery of patient care within assigned correctional healthcare settings as part of a traveling team. This role assists with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. This role adapts to different clinical environments while supporting safe, compliant, and consistent care delivery. Candidates must hold an active California nursing license in good standing and have at least three years of nursing experience; correctional experience is preferred but not required. Pay Range: Pay is based on experience. How you make a difference Under the direction of the MAT Medical Director, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers comprehensive clinical services to individuals enrolled in the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.
