Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio or Multi-State License 3 years of clinical experience, including experience as a preceptor, charge nurse or committee leader. Nursing certification in specialty area or in nursing management/leadership (e.g., CNML, NE-BC, NEA-BC) Current AHA certification(s) relevant to clinical practice area (as outlined in RN Clinical Nurse job Description). Excellent interpersonal skills along with experience in working with multi-disciplinary groups. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent critical thinking and analytical aptitude. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing or other Healthcare related field. Experience in planning and analysis, financial management and/or marketing experience along with the related work experience that applies to the specific practice. EPIC template management and experience with the operation of health care computer systems. Clinical and operational experience at one or more MetroHealth ambulatory sites.
