Must understand and effectively use EPIC, all systems and software databases to achieve goals. Maintains effective, collaborative working relationships with other RUMG departments and related practices for best practices, workflow, policy and process feedback. Representative on RUMG committees or cross-departmental team to design and implement common standards. Manage availability of resources/supplies. Ensure a sufficient number of Ladies and Gentlemen of Alden are available to meet the needs of our customers. Counsel/discipline as requested or as necessary. Complete performance evaluations timely. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Takes and records residents blood pressure and vital signs, administers catheter care, administers IV therapy to residents as ordered within license limitations, and provides respiratory care, e.g. oxygen, nebulizer treatments.
