$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR I/DD PROGRAMS IN BROOKLYN POSITION OVERVIEW: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for LPN nursing care and medical procedures within the scope of the nursing practice. Assist in the integration of physical and behavioral health in program. The LPN reports to the RN and or Nursing Leadership.
