You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly. What You'll Do Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures. Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions. Accurately document medication administration. Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions. Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks. Maintain safe and secure medication storage. Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications. Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
