Registered Nurse – Intensive Mobile Treatment Team (Full Time) About the Program Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) is a trauma-informed, community-based behavioral health program that provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals who have not been successfully served by traditional systems. IMT teams deliver care directly in the community, including shelters, public spaces, and other natural settings. Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a primary practitioner responsible for assessing and monitoring participants’ clinical health and response to treatment. The RN works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, social work, peer specialists, and other staff to support participants in achieving their mental health and recovery goals.
