Inpatient Structural Heart Service · Participate in inpatient consultations. · Coordinate care for patients undergoing structural heart interventions. · Manage peri-procedural admissions and post-procedure recovery. · Facilitate discharge planning and transitions of care. · Coordinate multidisciplinary communication among cardiology, cardiac surgery, nursing, and case management teams. Program Focus The APP will support patients undergoing advanced structural heart procedures, including: · Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) · Mitral Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (M-TEER) · Tricuspid Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (T-TEER) · Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement (TTVR) · Balloon Aortic Valvuloplasty · PFO/ASD closure · Emerging structural heart technologies and clinical trials Preferred Qualifications · Experience in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, interventional cardiology, structural heart, heart failure, or critical care preferred · Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills · Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiovascular environment In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $128,125.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
