Overview Pediatric Specialty Care is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN) We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This key leadership role serves as the facility's clinical educator, quality assurance leader, and operational nursing partner , working closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
