RESPONSIBILITIES The RN assists physician in the care and teaching of patients. QUALIFICATIONS Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, with experience in IV therapy. The ability to assess patient needs and condition. Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Current CPR certification. BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days). Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills. Valid driver license for travel to clinics. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up. Requirements: Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program. Experience in providing patient care preferred.
