Position Summary Under the direction of the physician, Charge RN or Manager performs direct clinical activities in a courteous, caring and respectful manner. Qualifications Current New Jersey RN license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience in subacute, respiratory, or ventilator care is a plus.
