RN Supervisor needed- State-Of-The Art Nursing and Rehab Facility 3 - 11 & 11 - 7 Shift Full time Qualification: Current license as an RN in NY Minimum of 6 Month to 1 year experience as an RN supervisor in long term care Demonstrated competence as a nursing practitioner Demonstrated leadership and human relations skills Responsibilities: Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees. Assures adequate staffing for all units calling replacement staff as necessary. Completes investigation sheets on all accident reports and submits to ADNS.
