Cardiovascular Nurse coordinator position provides face to face and telephone education/assistance to cardiovascular service line patients. A qualified applicant would be a registered nurse with extensive experience in cardiovascular health and Wellness. Candidate must have a good working knowledge of resources available for cardiovascular patients inside and outside the hospital. As well as a strong desire to be a patient advocate.

The primary role of the Home Infusion Nurse is to provide clinical care and education to home-based patients receiving a wide range of parenteral medications dispensed from Optum Infusion Pharmacy (the 'Company').
