Short Description The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. This individual will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center. This new model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Cherry Hill and surrounding areas. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required. References in these areas are a must. Resposibilties The CNA maintains a "homelike environment for the residents, protects and promotes Resident Rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible. Provides direct care to residents to improve or maintain the resident’s abilities Follows all facility policies and procedures including those related to infection control. Records accurate, legible information about resident care and condition in appropriate sections of residents’ records. Communicates with Unit Charge Nurse about assigned residents regularly throughout shift. Monitors physical environment for safety or fire hazards and corrects or reports potential problems
