Position Summary Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and organized Assistant Team Lead RN to support the clinical leadership team and provide guidance to our hospice nursing staff. The Assistant Team Lead RN will assist with the day-to-day coordination of clinical services, support RN Case Managers, help ensure quality patient care, and promote compliance with hospice regulations, company policies, and clinical standards. This position combines direct patient care, clinical support, staff mentoring, and leadership responsibilities and is ideal for an experienced hospice RN who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This position will oversee Burlington County. Responsibilities Assist the Team Lead with daily clinical operations and coordination of the hospice nursing team.
