Responsible for providing oversight in maintaining, monitoring and evaluation of records and designation of nursing programs essential in the care of the residents. Strategic plans or program development for improved outcomes to reduce unnecessary returns to acute care. Perform other duties as assigned. Director of Nursing RN Skills and Abilities: Proven strong management skills, including delegating responsibility to subordinates, performance management, conflict management, and leading through others. Must have good financial and management skills. Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule and occasional overnight travel. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
