These RN's provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. Requirement: Active RN in the State of IL, ADN Hours: 7am-7:30pm, weekend and holiday rotation Responsibilities Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnosis, problems, and issues., Assesses patients' conditions and care delivery through direct observation, rounding, and data input from other team members., Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient's health or the situation.
