Anderson Acutes – Hospital Setting Experienced Dialysis is highly preferred Full-Time (40 hours per week) Coverage for area hospitals in Anderson IN PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. What you need to know about this position: Our Mental Health unit (housed on the Columbus Regional Health campus) is an 18-bed secure inpatient unit treating adults 18 and older who are experiencing acute mental illness. We provide an individualized program for the intensive treatment of mental disorders, which includes a plan of care specific to each patient's circumstance and goals of the treatment. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region.
