Registered Nurse Free Standing Emergency Room

As the nation’s largest private employer of Registered Nurses, we’re honored by the trust of over 100,000 nurses and committed to supporting safe, high-quality care for which they can practice. That’s why more than 80% of our hospitals earn an A or B Leapfrog safety grade, rank in the top 5% nationally for patient outcomes through Health Grades , or are recognized as Magnet or Pathway to Excellence facilities. Join us at the Free Standing Emergency Room -Shawnee! Job Summary and Qualifications Our freestanding emergency departments offer experienced emergency nurses the opportunity to continue practicing high-quality emergency care in a smaller, community-based setting. Compared with a large hospital emergency department, the environment often provides a more manageable and predictable patient flow, a close-knit care team, and greater opportunity for individualized patient education and connection. You will continue to use your emergency nursing skills while caring for patients across a wide range of conditions. Because the department operates with a smaller on-site team, nurses also practice with a high level of autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.
