Responsibilities: The candidate shall provide psychiatry services conforming to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to psychiatric care. Services will adhere to Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. ( AAAHC ) standards and Bureau of Prisons (BOP) policies. Direct entries into the inmates' Bureau of Electronic Medical Records ( BEMR ) are required, documenting patient history, findings, assessment, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations. Services provided will meet AAAHC standards and local medical practices, subject to periodic review by the Health Services Administrator (HSA) and Facility Point of Contact (POC).
